Ingredient and Portion
材料:
去皮五花肉 300克

腌料:
1。五香粉 1大匙
2。蚝油 1大匙
3。花凋酒 1大匙
4。麻油 1/2小匙
5。胡椒粉 1/2小匙
6。鸡蛋 1粒
7。盐 1小匙
8。糖 1小匙
9。木薯粉 3大匙

炸粉:
1。木薯粉 适量
Method
做法:
1。花肉去皮洗净,抹干水分,用叉子在肉块上叉多多的小孔方便入味,加入腌料拌均匀,腌6小时或隔夜。
2。将花肉沾上木薯粉,放入热油锅内以中火炸熟,捞起。
3。再次把锅内的热油烧滚,放入花肉重炸一次至香脆,捞起放凉,待冷却后切片即完成。
Tips
调味料的份量可依肉类的大小和各人口味做调整
