600g belly pork with skin (sliced) / 连皮五花肉(切片)600克
1 tbsp oil / 油 1汤匙
8 pips garlic with skin (smashed) / 连皮蒜头(捣碎)8瓣
1 tsp white pepper corn (smashed) / 白胡椒粒(捣碎)1茶匙
Ingredients B
4 tbsp light soya sauce / 酱油 4汤匙
1 tbsp dark soya sauce / 黑酱油 1汤匙
3 tbsp sugar / 糖 3汤匙
3 cups water / 清水 3杯
Method
1.Fry Ingredients A with oil till fragrant. (Approximately 10 minutes)
以油炒香材料A(约10分钟)。
2.Add Ingredients B and simmer till it’s almost dry. Add water if necessary.
加入材料B,煮至收汁。如有必要,也可加水。
