sugar / 糖 salt / 盐 black pepper / 黑胡椒粉适量 sweet paprika to taste / 红椒粉适量
Method
1. Heat butter in pan, sauté bacon, mushroom and garlic until fragrant.(pic 1-2) 准备平底锅,加入少许牛油,把培根和蘑菇及蒜茸炒香。(图1-2)
2. Pour in fresh cream, thyme, and then add in Penne Rigate, salt, sugar and pepper.(pic 3-4) 倒入鲜奶油及百里香,然后加入意大利斜段通心粉和适量盐、糖及胡椒粉调味。(图3-4)
3. Shift cooked Penne Rigate into a deep bowl, sprinkle mozarella cheese and parmesan cheese and lastly paprika on top.(pic 5-6) 把煮熟的意大利粉倒入一个深碗,撒上mozarella芝士及巴马臣芝士粉,最后撒上红椒粉。(图5-6)
4. Bake the cheese Penne bowl in pre-heat oven at 180℃ until the top become golden brown, done.(pic 7) 把通心粉放入预热至180度烤箱烤至表面金黄即可。(图7)
