Utensils a few drops rose red food colouring / 玫瑰红色素 数滴 some grease-proof paper/ A4 paper / 防油纸或A4纸 适量
Method
1.In a mixing bowl, knead Ingredients A into a smooth and elastic dough. Cover with net cloth and set aside to prove till it expands to double the original size. 将材料A放进搅拌碗中,搓揉成滑韧的面团, 然后盖上网布,搁旁待面团发酵至1倍大。
2.Sift Ingredient B on top of proven dough and knead till dough is smooth. 将材料B过筛在发酵面团上,然后将发粉搓揉进面团内至光滑。
3.Cover dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes. 用湿布将面团盖好,让它静置15至20分钟。
4.Divide dough into desired portions and shape them to look like pillows. Place them on top of the paper, and set aside to rest for 20 minutes. 将面团分成所要的等份,搓成枕头状,然后放在剪好的防油纸上。搁旁静置20分钟。
5.Brush with rose red colour and steam over high heat for 20 minutes. 将玫瑰红色素涂在面团上,再用大火蒸20分钟即可。
