和雪糕相比,霜冻优格的用料比较简单,加入葡萄干和朗姆酒,即健康又好吃哦!
Ingredient and Portion
(2-3 person portion)/(2-3人份):
Original Yogurt 280g / 原味优格 280g
Whole milk 50g / 全脂牛奶 50g
Brown sugar 40g / 黄糖 40g
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon / 香草精 1/2茶匙
Raisin 1/3 small bowl / 葡萄干 1/3小碗
Rum 20ml / 朗姆酒 20ml
Method
1. Slightly cut the raisins , and then pour the rum, soak overnight.
葡萄干稍微剪碎,然后倒入朗姆酒,一起浸泡过夜。

2. Blend the yogurt, milk, brown sugar and vanilla essence become liquid in medium speed.
优格、牛奶、黄糖和香草精一起以中等的速度打成细滑的液体状。

3. Turn the blender into low speed, then pour the rum and raisin as stated in step 1, slightly stirred it then stop.
把搅拌机调成低速,倒入做法1的朗姆酒葡萄干,稍微搅 拌均匀后停下。

4. Pour the mixture of the liquid into the container and refrigerate for 1.5 hour.
把混合后的液体倒入容器,放入冰格冷冻1.5小时。

5. Stir the semi coagulated yogurt and refrigerate for at least 5 hours and then serve.
取出半凝固的优格搅拌均匀后,然后放回冰格冷冻至少5小时即可享用。
Tips
Slightly stirred the semi coagulated yogurt in order to prevent the raisin sink to the bottom of the container.
半凝固状态的优格要稍微搅拌,这样可以预防葡萄干沉在容器的底部。
