20 litchis / 20颗荔枝
2 bananas / 2条香蕉
2 cm ginger root / 1块生姜（2厘米长）
4 guavas / 4个番石榴
6 passion fruit / 6个百香果
1 litre water / 1 公升水
2 bananas / 2条香蕉

Method
1. Peel the litchis and remove the seeds. Peel the bananas and ginger root. Peel the guavas and remove the seeds. Cut the passion fruits in half and take out the pulp.
荔枝剥壳后去核，将香蕉和生姜去皮，将番石榴去皮去籽，将百香果切成两半后取出果肉。
2. Juice the ginger first. Then juice the bananas alternating them with the other fruits.
先榨姜汁，再将香蕉和其他水果交替榨汁。
3. Collect the juice, mix and chill. Serve chilled in glasses.
将各种果汁倒在一起混合调匀，冷冻后即可享用。

Tips
To reduce the preparation time, feel free to use preserved litchis, preferably without added sugar.
