1. Mix plain flour with self-rising flour, salt and baking soda together, sieve into a mixing bowl. 将面粉、自发面粉、盐及苏打粉拌匀后,筛进搅拌盘子里。
2. Add in coconut milk, mashed durian, shredded coconut and brown sugar, then blend well to form a sloppy batter. 加入椰浆、榴莲肉、椰丝及黄糖,拌成稀松面糊。
3. Heat up oil in wok over medium heat. Using a spoon and drop a spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Deep-fry until the fritters are cooked and turn to golden colour. 镬里烧热油,用汤匙舀人适量面糊,放入热油里以中火炸熟至金黄色。
4. Dish out and drain on paper towels. Thread the fritters with bamboo skewer, serve. 捞起,沥油后,用竹枝串起,即可食用。
