For crust/ 底饼
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs / 1 1/2 杯全麦饼干
1/2 tbsp sugar / 1/2 茶匙 糖
1 tsp instant coffee / 1 汤匙 即溶咖啡
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa / 1汤匙 无糖可可粉
1/2 cup melted butter / 1/2 杯 室温牛油
For filling/ 蛋糕体
250g light cream cheese / 250克 淡奶油芝士
1 1/2 tbsp unflavoured gelatin / 1 1/2茶匙无味 鱼胶粉
1/3 cup icing sugar / 1/3 杯 糖霜
1 tbsp instant coffee / 1茶匙即溶咖啡
1 tbsp coffee flavoured syrup / 1茶匙 咖啡味糖浆
1/2 tsp cinnamon / 1/2汤匙桂皮粉

1/2 tsp cinnamon / 1/2汤匙桂皮粉
Method
1) In a bowl, combine, cracker crumbs, coffee and cocoa. Stir in butter and mix well until evenly distributed.
把全麦饼干、咖啡粉和可可粉倒入大碗中。然后加入室温牛油开始搅拌均匀。
2) Press into sides and bottom of a 23cm (9 inch) cake pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
将（1）倒入9吋饼模里，压平后放入冰箱里冷藏1个小时。
3) For filling: Dissolve gelatin water over low heat. When completely dissolved, add instant coffee and mix well.
蛋糕体：鱼胶粉给水煮溶。然后倒入即溶咖啡和搅拌均匀。
4) Whisk cream cheese and gradually add gelatin mixture, syrup, cinnamon and sugar until well combined.
开始打发淡奶油芝士和倒入（3）后再加入咖啡味糖浆、桂皮粉和糖，直到搅拌均匀。
5) Pour mixture evenly onto biscuit crust and refrigerate for another 8 hours or until firm.
把打好的蛋糕体倒入饼模中，然后再冷藏至少8个小时或蛋糕体成形。
6) Garnish by simply sprinkling cocoa powder onto cheesecake and best to be served chilled.
用可可粉来装饰，把可可粉洒在蛋糕上就可以享用了。
把全麦饼干、咖啡粉和可可粉倒入大碗中。然后加入室温牛油开始搅拌均匀。

Tips
This recipe is a good option if you are watching your weight as it uses light cream cheese and a fairly low amount of sugar. Also, caffeine helps to increase your metabolism. Despite these plus points though, be sure to keep an eye on the number of servings you have!
