1) In a bowl, combine, cracker crumbs, coffee and cocoa. Stir in butter and mix well until evenly distributed. 把全麦饼干、咖啡粉和可可粉倒入大碗中。然后加入室温牛油开始搅拌均匀。

5) Pour mixture evenly onto biscuit crust and refrigerate for another 8 hours or until firm. 把打好的蛋糕体倒入饼模中,然后再冷藏至少8个小时或蛋糕体成形。
6) Garnish by simply sprinkling cocoa powder onto cheesecake and best to be served chilled. 用可可粉来装饰,把可可粉洒在蛋糕上就可以享用了。
