600g pork ribs / 排骨600克
1 stalk curry leaf / 咖喱叶1束

Condiments / 腌料
1/2 tsp salt / 盐1/2茶匙
1 egg white / 蛋白1粒
1/2 tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉1/2茶匙
1 tbsp corn flour / 粟粉1汤匙

Cream sauce / 奶油酱
2 tbsp margarine / 菜油2汤匙
6 tbsp evaporated milk / 淡奶6汤匙
1/2 tsp curry powder / 咖喱粉1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp sugar / 糖1/2茶匙
dash of salt / 盐1小撮
Method
1. Chop ribs into small pieces, marinate with condiments for 10 minutes and then deep fry until cooked, drain.
将排骨斩成小件,加入腌料拌匀,置放10分钟,然后放入热油中炸至香及熟,捞出沥油。

2. Melt margarine in wok, toss in evaporated milk and curry powder, sauté until fragrant.(pic 1-4)
把菜油煮溶,放入淡奶及咖喱粉煮香。(图1-4)

3. Add in ribs, curry leaves, salt and sugar, stir to mix, dish out.(pic 5-6)
加入排骨、咖哩叶、盐及糖,翻炒均匀便可上碟。(图5-6)
