Method
1. Mixed cream butter and sugar together till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then the grated mandarin orange rind. 奶油和细砂糖搅拌至蓬松。每次加入一颗鸡蛋,然后放入橘子果皮。
2. Sift together the flour and baking powder, combine with the ground almonds. Fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture alternately with the mandarin orange juice. 面粉和发酵粉混合一起然后过筛,加入杏仁碎。最后加入牛油还有橘子汁混合一起。
3. Spoon batter into a well-greased non-stick 8-inch bundt pan. 把面糊倒入8吋的bundt pan里。
4. Bake at 160oC for 45 minutes or until done. 放入烤炉以45分钟160度或烤至熟。
5. Melt the chocolate with the cream and drizzle over the cooled cake. Decorate with strips of candied mandarin orange peel. 当蛋糕烤好后,脱模。淋上溶解后的巧克力和奶油,然后慢慢淋上蛋糕上。最后撒上橘子丝做装饰。
