分享一道极简单的料理,《冬炎苏东》,就算下班回家还要开炉煮饭烧菜的朋友们也可以尝试,要更快速的话可以在前一晚把材料准备好。我功夫不到家,不懂买原料自己调冬炎酱,所以用了市场售卖的即煮酱料。

Ingredient and Portion
材料:(两人份)
苏东 中型 8只 (去掉墨汁袋、身体里软骨、头部的眼睛牙齿,用水把苏东的内外清洗干净)
番茄 1颗(切块)
洋葱 1颗(切块)
草菇 5粒(切半)
冬炎即煮酱料 1包
Method
做法:
1。取一个锅,烧开250ml的水,倒入一包冬炎即煮酱料。
**第一次使用酸辣冬炎即煮酱料。味道够酸够辣,有一点偏甜。包装上指示加入100ml的水,但我觉得过于浓稠,所以加多了水,也多一些汤可以喝。
2。把酱料搅拌开来,煮滚 。
3。加入番茄、洋葱和草菇,继续煮滚至软
4。加入苏东,大火煮开至苏东熟透,就可以上桌了
Tips
苏东注意别煮过久免得肉质变柴
