1. Combine oil, five-spice powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture into both sides of the chicken breasts. 将油、五香粉、盐和胡椒放入小碗里。将混合体涂上鸡胸上。
2. Place chicken breast in Oil-Less Fryer and let it cook for 15 minutes, turn it over after the first 7 minutes to get an even color on both side of the chicken breast. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board; let rest for 5 minutes. 将鸡胸放入无油空气炸锅里和煮大概15分钟,煮7分钟后再翻另一面煮大概7分钟或是颜色均匀即可。把鸡胸肉拿起放在切板上,待温后再切块。
3. Meanwhile, peel and segment two of the oranges, collecting segments and any juice in a large bowl. Discard membranes, pith and skin. Add the mixed salad, capsicum and onion to the bowl. Zest and juice the remaining orange. Place the zest and juice in a small bowl, whisk in vinegar, mustard, the remaining teaspoons oil, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to combine. Slice the chicken and serve on the salad. 同时,将柳橙去皮和分为两份后分别榨成汁。加入混合沙拉菜、灯笼椒和洋葱。将剩余的柳橙也榨成汁,倒在另一个碗中,然后加入醋、芥末、油、盐和胡椒粉,然后倒入沙拉中,搅拌均匀。把鸡胸切成柳后加入沙拉中就可享用了。
