这个蚝煎的质感就好像芙蓉煎蛋这样。我觉得鸡蛋表皮煎到太熟了。但是幸好里面的生蚝并没有因为鸡蛋太熟而变得比较干硬。蚝吃起来很鲜美。但是鸡蛋的味道吃起来好像比较咸。
