Have you ever tried this cafe? From the first sight, we knew that the owner love photoshooting. Even their menu same as a photo album which included their food and beverage. The cafe made me felt relax...Wild Mushrooms SoupA enrich mushroom soup doesn't disappointed me. I can taste the mushrooms every scoope i ate. They used a very simple black color 'food tray' and decorated on top. The outlook just simple and nice! Roasted Hazelnuts CappuccinoThe enrich cappuccino was pour into a lens style cup. It's very good smell, the sugariness just perfect!Spaghetti Aglio OlioLove the Aglio Olio always. We able the smell it when it served, also they 'play' with colors. Full of colors! Smoked Salmon Egg BenedictI'm a picky person, not every egg benedict can attracted me! But, they do! Used a simple black color 'food tray' and deco, we can easily focus on the main course. The moment we cut the egg yolk, the orange color egg yolk were stream out, it seems like a Choco Lava. continue reading

The soul cafe is located off Jalan Kek Chuan. If you came from Jalan Macalister road, it was opposite UMNO building, pass through ' House of steamboat', and you can begin to find your car park. The only limitation is car park space , unless you want to pay for private car park lot which is just beside the shoplots. we ordered chicken parmigiana (RM18.50) ,  spaghetti pollo pomodoro( RM16.50) , caffa macchiato (RM8)  , caramel cappucino (RM11) each.Both beverage dissapointed us, as it rather tasted normal, personally opined that it was overrated - beverages served with the texture of coffee was not strong, and the aroma is of average. With such price, you might deserving a better quality of coffee. But worth of trying for the main courses. The chicken parmigiana served in approximately 25 minutes. it tasted good and stimulate the taste buds much. Thus was worth of waiting. The Spaghetti served in about 15  mins, with balanced portion of ingredients. we enjoyed the dishes here. The limitation was the limited table available inside the shop, which able to cater mere 6-8 tables.  if you opt for a place for a nice slow chit chat/gathering , this might not recommended as the people waiting outside will exert pressure on you indirectly.  continue reading

They serve varity choises of pasta, for pasta lover these is the place you don't wanna to missed out. The caffe latte after my meal is fantastic, silky milk with nutty after taste. Friendly staff crew with excellent service, cozy environment, price are affordable and worth. continue reading

Another nice cafe in this little old but revived road in Penang.When we first walk in Soul Cafe, we were kinda confuse, is its a photography store or a cafe ? And what is Sogor ?
