I ate nasi campur where I mixed white rice with red chicken and pan-fry white cabbages. The red chicken is very famous to be ordered as it is quite crispy and the meat is very soft and smooth to eat.The red chicken will be pat and chopped again before being served to you. Another special is that everyone prefer to mix all the "kuah" available there.I have asked the waiter to mix 6 types of "kuah" and the combination is rather amazing and delicious.
