The Steamed Garupa with "Dong Gui" Herbs tastes nice too. The Garupa fish which is quite fresh is being steamed with the herbs. The herbs abosrbs well to the fluffy flakes of fish meat which make me falling in love with it. I love the soup so much where the "dong gui" taste is not too strong.Taste:4/5We also made an order of the Stewed Baby Abalone where the Abalone is very chewy and the texture is good.
