Steamed FishWeld Quay Tree Shade Seafood Restaurant. The main reason there's a "Tree Shade" in the restaurant name is because directly at the front doorstep of the restaurant there's a huge tree. The steamed fish served here was fresh indeed, without the stale fishy taste I normally get at other restaurants. Probably its because weld quay is known for being just next to the sea with ample supply of fresh fish. Served in ginger and soy sauce, we just could not get enough of the sweet fish meat.
