Every time I go back to Penang, the Lor Mee next the Goddess of Mercy Temple will be a definite visit. The kopitiam only sells lor mee and it would always be very crowded. The lor is very thick, in fact, thicker than the rest. There would be very little ingredients and the downside is they always forget my Bak Poi (Pig Skin). I like the organs such as the stomach. The hard-boiled egg would be half an egg. You can see a lot of egg used in making the thick soup. I also like the bean sprouts inside.

There would also be warm nutmeg drink to clear off the warmth from the heat.
