Every time I go back to Penang, the Lor Mee next the Goddess of Mercy Temple will be a definite visit. The kopitiam only sells lor mee and it would always be very crowded. It is a family-run business where about 3 teenage daughters run the business.The lor is very thick, in fact, thicker than the rest. The hard-boiled egg would be half an egg. You can see a lot of egg used in making the thick soup. I also like the bean sprouts inside.
