If you were going to Penang, the Kebaya restaurant is a must to try over there. Their food is consistently good, service is superb, ambiance is classy. This is really the place to go for special occasions. Hong Bak LambThis Hong Bak Lamb is awesome. The meat is awesomely tender and soft as well as juicy. As you can see the amount of sauce covering the lamb. It definitely trigger your tastebud even just looking at the photo.
