Fried Koey TeowThis stir-fried noodle is definitely not to be missed, else you won’t live up to the maxim that you have just visited Penang! Full of ‘wok hei’, this dish is served on a piece of banana leaf, the traditional way, as this would add to the overall aroma of this fried silky strips of noodle. ‘Lap Cheong’ in this menu plays an important role in lending some sweetness to the savoury dish. In addition, the prawns are very fresh and juicy, which is best enjoyed with crisp bean sprouts!
