The most noticeable difference would the size of the flat noodle. In this variety, you could feel a much smoother texture of the noodle as it is cut into thinner piece. This portion served here was decent. Ingredients like minced pork, fish ball, fish cake and meat ball were added to spice up the dish. They were all chewy and tangy since they are freshly prepared. With the sprinkles of scallions, they had further enhanced the aroma of the hearty meal. Pepper that was added to it also helped to increase the level of its enjoyment
