One of the signature dish would be this “Sang Mee”. Literally translated would be “Raw Noodle”, hehe… Cause the mee was actually yee moon which had earlier been lightly fried, then tossed with hot gravy that consist of many delights. The noodle was crispy and soaked in the eggy gravy thoroughly. The assorted ingredients that came with it was fresh and in generous portion! It has fresh Choy Sam, big prawns, tender fish fillet and also chicken bites which further enhance the sweetness within. The seafood were fresh indeed. Slurps!
Come these steamed cakes. They were fluffily soft and best eaten while warm. I think it’s made of brown sugar and egg mixture. The fact that some pumpkin seeds were added to it, further enhances the flavor.
There is also array of hot steamed dim sum if you like. They are varieties of them. I personally enjoy the prawn dumpling which was wrapped up neatly in thin whitish skin. The prawn was so juicy! The “Siu Mai” was ordinary and I do enjoy the springy bites of fish balls too ^^
Hao Hao Che! ^_^
