The sambal petai taste great. You can taste the crunchy petai mixed with spicy sambal sauces. The taste of the sauce is a little sour, sweet and spicy. They also fried this dish with some scrimp.The scrimp is lot and quite fresh. You can taste the crunchiness of the scrimp in this dish. I certainly love this dish and enjoy every bite till the end. Remember to mix with rice if not will be too spicy
