Patrons willing to pay more can order from the a la carte menu, since the food will be more freshly prepared. We tried this maki topped with snow crab, avocado & cream cheese (RM40); the chef's signature mix of yuzu & garlic panko sauces was the overwhelming flavor.
Ditto for this tataki of seared salmon with black pepper, cilantro, parsley, spicy mayo, wasabi, roe & green onions. Tasty, but the fish is essentially drowned in gooey savoriness.
Pastas are available a la carte, like this blue cheese fettuccine (fundamentally carbonara) with baked oysters in Japanese mayo sauce (RM43). It is what it is.
