No, you don't need to stand for the whole dining session for their name "Standing Theory".As usual, I have my Flat White and was told that their waffle was a must-try. That's what we called coffee art!!! Honestly speaking, Flat White was such a usual type of coffee yet the existing restaurant seldom brew in the right portion, at least to my favour, but this is just perfect. Nothing too milky and nothing too coffee.

As for the waffle, hell of a big huge YES! The crispy waffle, (wait do they actually fried it? ) with ice cream and the stir-fried bacon, surprisingly matched perfectly!

Could have craved for more, but be cautious, must eat it while it's hot. After all it won't look appealing with all the melted ice cream on it.
