Mutton Masala

I will always order the mutton masala when I have my banana leaf rice. The waiter will bring a tray of items and I will normally select this. The aromatic herbs cooked with the mutton brings out the best in the meat. The mutton is cut up in bite-sized pieces, with hardly any bones, except for a piece or two. Beware that it can be quite spicy, but the feeling of tongue numbness is definitely worth it as the dish is really top class!
