I like steam fish a lot, it is my favorite dish, the restaurant serve a very good steam fish. Their fish is very fresh, the meat is tender. A delicious steam fish need a fresh fish, good soy sauce, also timing control, otherwise, the fish meat will become hard also. This steam fish taste is very delicious, the fish meat is juicy and melt in your mouth, the fish steam together with ginger to exclude the fishy smell. Nice!
