This is one of my favourite dishes to order in a Chinese tai chow restaurant. We can see the skill of the chef as well from this simple dish.It came with Japanese egg tofu, generous minced pork meat, an egg as well as chopped onions. The tofu is wonderfully smooth, with the fragrant egg taste inside.
