One of my suppliers wanted to buy me lunch and we went to Kampachi at Jaya 33. It was Wednesday and the restaurant was fullly booked with diners. From the their extensive menu selection, I ordered a Gindara Teriyaki set (a cod fish set with teriyaki sauce). As the restaurant was packed with diners, I had to wait for a long time before my lunch was served. After around 25 minutes of waiting, my food was served. The set came with a slice of cod fish, a bowl of rice, soup and fruits and three side dishes. It looked like a complete set with good presentation on the tray.
I started my dining experience with the side dishes. They were carefully prepared with balanced taste. After that, I tried the main course, which was the cod fish. It was even better,with the fish perfectly cooked, together with the teriyaki sauce that was just enough to enhance the fish without taking away its original taste, made them a perfect combination.
The mini fruit platter (grapes, watermelon, papaya and peach) that came along with the set completed the meal in perfection.
