I have a thing to egg dishes and definitely will not miss chawamushi in most of the Japanese restaurant.Chawamushi is known as steam egg in japanese cuisine. However, most of the chawamushi contains a tad bit of alcohol so please take note for muslim consumer. Chawamushi here in Kampachi is special and nice! Chawamushi here in Kampachi is special and nice!

Out of my usual expectation in a small bowl of chawamushi, I feel great!
Will definitely go back for this and more fresh japanese foods.
