Karubi Tare. We were given an apron to wear so that the BBQ sauce was spread to our clothes. This karubi tare was beef ribs marinated with rock salt. It was being BBQ till just nice, the meat was thick but tender. Although being BBQ, the meat was juicy. Together with the rock salt, it tasted delicious and not too salty. The taste of beef spread through my mouth. It was good.
