Garlic Lamb Neck. Gyukaku offers some very interesting meat dishes. For example, this lamb neck portion. It was my first time saw this item in restaurant. Out of curiosity, we ordered it. It came in round shape and a few pieces. It does have some marination too around the lamb neck. The grilled lamb neck was tender and it was so delicious! The meat was full of flavour.
