Fresh Fruit Cake

My mom birthday is on the 16th and i like to give her some surprise, so we buy her a cake, more over a fruit cake as she is quite health conscious, so a fruit cake is the best choice. The fruit cake presentation is nice, with some fruits on top, some cream and a little chocolate make the cake look nice.  The fruit cake presentation is nice, with some fruits on top, some cream and a little chocolate make the cake look nice.
