The fusion dish here is the sambal prawn spaghetti. The sambal prawns with the spaghetti was a disappointing dish. The prawns tasted frozen from the freezer, i think they were not appropriately defrost. The sambal was also not inspiring at all. The sambal was spicy, but it lacked flavors. Spiciness alone will not be sufficient. The spaghetti was cook to just the right texture.
