french walnut(left)& Hokkaido raisin(right)it has a milky fragrant and buttery top crunch. However, the bread wasn't cottony soft and fluffy that it suppose have to be. besides, it tastes a tad dry as well.walnut loaf was cut in 8 thick slice. it has a soft and dense in texture, moist yet pleasantly nutty due to walnut. it still remain in same taste even i had kept it more than two days. it strongly recommended!
