“Lu Rou Mien” (Braised pork noodle). Actually this dish looked quite new to me as I never ordered lurou mien before. The ingredients were hardboiled egg, beansprouts, spring onions and braised pork. Due to the amount of ingredients, the broth was quite tasty and it has the braised pork essence. It was not too salty, very nice to drink. The noodle was soft and smooth too.
