We decided to come to Williams for our colleague cum Cardio Class instructor for her appreciation dinner. We ordered two big plates of seafood carbonara which was just ok. We decided to come to Williams for our colleague cum Cardio Class instructor for her appreciation dinner. We ordered two big plates of seafood carbonara which was just ok. I felt that two big plates of this for 16 pax is a bit too much because the sauce is quite creamy. There are a lot of mussels, prawns and octopus inside. 

We also ordered the Nasi Beriani with Soft Shell crab but too bad I did not get to taste the crab as I was sitting at the far end. There were a lot of fried prawns and also octopus thrown in too. The rice was quite ok but too bad there was no sauce to eat together so I ate it with the black pepper sauce. 

To me, the chicken chop with mashed potatoes was just like any other chicken chop. 

The grilled and bbq chicken drumstick was quite tasty and tender. 

Most of us ordered the Mint Longan Soda which was a bit too sweet for me. 

Since our whole bill came up to RM 315, the owner gave us two free plates of the creamiest caramel pudding. I did not like it because it was way too creamy for my palate.

Indomee seems like a easy dish to cook but with the wrong seasoning and wrong timing, it could spell disaster. This plate was quite good actually. It was nicely seasoned and not greasy. The noodles was also cooked al dante. As for the egg, I would prefer the a sunny side up which didn't realize. A sunny side up would be runny and blend together with the noodles. But overall it's not too bad of an indomee.

This plate is fit for two, AT LEAST. The portion is just HUGE! The soft shell crab was amazing fried. It maintained the nice savoury taste of the soft shell crab. The fried rice, again I must emphasized on how big the portion of rice is. It's definitely meant for sharing. Taste wise, it's also fantastic! As I continue to munch on, the spicy bits finally gets to me. It gets spicier and spicier to a point that I couldn't go on anymore. I think the over-spiciness of the fried rice really killed it.

One of my favourite from William's is the garlic cheese naan for all the wrong reasons, *laughs*. It's arrived with heavy garlic and cheese smell. The surface of the naan was glistening with grease. But that was what's so cool about this dish. It's full of salty, cheesy flavour and the garlic just adds on the extra kick to the whole blend! Williams is famed for having 'no menu' and you can request anything under the moon and they will whip it out for you. But in this case, my simple roti hawaii took almost 2 hours to reach. I chased the workers numerous times and they don't even acknowledge me. Only when I say I want to cancel my order that they are willing to check. And found out that it's not even cooked. When it was finally served, I was already beyond starving. I started to dig in but found nothing 'hawaii' about this roti. There's no pineapples! What is a roti hawaii without pineapples??? The insides were also dry and without mayonaise/chili sauce which roti hawaii should have. In fact, it was OUTSIDE of the roti, served as a sauce... But it's not suppose to be... The roti was only full of minced meat, sausage and more meat. Only the dahl and curry made it more bearable. I didn't make a fuss because I was starving and knowing their lousy service, making a complain means nothing. I don't expect them to change my order anyway.

So next time I will just order something 'safe' which everyone else orders...

One of the most filling meal ever, this carbonara can feel at least 2 people. I'm not sure what meat is it but I'm guessing beef salami. It was very creamy and sloppy. The first few bites were heavenly but it gets too much towards the end due to the sauce. The meat was great though and the carbonara was nicely seasoned with herbs. It would be better if it was less creamy so that I can savour more of the taste rather than irked by having too much dairy.

From the name, obviously is a Carbonara with Turkey Ham. Portion is quite big which suitable for 2 person. They are generous is giving the turkey ham as well. Taste wise is good, but too creamy for me.

i get shocked when they serve seafood carbonara in front of me. Absolutely big portion of the pasta i never see before. it can be share with another friend, i don't think one girl can finish it. i saw inside the pasta have quite a lot of seafood, crab, lala, and sotong, but i felt the seafood see not very fresh. cause a bit soft when i taste in my mouth. carbonara creamy and smooth acceptable.
