Walaupun terdapat banyak kopitiam tumbuh seperti cendawan selepas hujan, Uncle K kopitiam sangat unik kerana selain menawarkan menu signature seperti lain-lain kopitiam, mereka juga menyediakan hidangan barat (pasta, spagetti), masakan melayu (mee, bihun goreng) dan juga masakan mamak (roti canai, naan). Pertama kali masuk kesini anda mungkin rambang mata dengan puluhan pilihan menu tetapi antara yang patut dicuba ialah Mee goreng special dengan telur mata. Nasi Goreng Kambing. The nasi goring kambing has so much “wok hei” and it was hot. The rice was moist and it was fried with cabbage, spring onions and mutton. The mutton portion was too little in my opinion. Despite that, the mutton was tender and aromatic. The cabbage was crunchy and some strips were too big and long. Overall, the fried rice was quite salty, and it was quite oily too. continue reading
