Wife wanted to go Tong Pak fu for tong sui, so we went to the nearest branch at IOI boulevard.We ordered 1 beancurd skin with Ginko (腐竹白果糖水) with Sesame and peanut tong yun .The tong sui reached our table warm, and the sesame and peanut tong yun taste good, the skin of the tong yun very soft and it filled full with sesame and peanut.And the tong sui also taste with strong beancurd skin taste and it smell good.

点了这个芒果拿破仑，这也是我第一次点这个甜品。很喜欢上面的饼皮，酥皮很酥脆，一层一层的而且也没有油腻的口感。里面一片一片的芒果很新鲜，也很甜。另外还有很香浓的芒果雪糕。

I love Black Sesame. It's healthy, delicious and I have been told its' benefits include being able to darken and thicken the hair as well as brightens the eyesight too ^_^ Not too sure about the amount of truth in that.. but irregardless, I totally LOVE this! The Black Sesame Snow Ice is essentially finely shaved creamy black sesame ice garnished with delicious crystal balls, grass jelly and juicy strawberries Super creamy... and yummy ! mmmmmmm

Creme dessert can taste too cloying if the result of creme is not controlled well, and Tong Pak Fu did it right.The overall dessert is creamy yet light and not too sweet. Mango cubes were sweet and fragrant. However, some of the pamelo pulps tasted a little bitter, while the rest of them doesn't taste sweet enough. I guess pamelo is just not in season. The grass jelly cubes has minimum amount of sweetness, adding a refreshing twist to the whole dessert. Right amount of sago was added, giving extra texture.

Guava Snow Ice is one of their signature cold desserts in the menu. The snow ice was really nice to eat. The ice was very fine and smooth, unlike the usual texture of shaved ice. The taste of guava was also delicious. The guava taste was sweet and fragrant. A light drizzle of the guava syrup makes the snow ice sweeter. There were some aloe vera jelly and some round transparent balls. The transparent pearl shaped balls were really a delighting affair. The little pearl shaped balls will burst some sweet syrup in your mouth. The snow ice was really delicate, the taste was great, the little pearl balls were fun to eat.
