We have our dinner in Sakae Sushi today! Long queue because we are late, hehe! After waiting for 20 mins we got our seat and we have ordered many types of sushi, for instance, inari sushi, tuna seaweed mayonnaise, egg roll and many more!! The mayonnaise is really tasty after added on top of the sushi. The sushi itself also create nice biting taste and is very healthy food for everyone too! The staff here are friendly even though long queue they still served professionally! Overall taste yummy! Will visit again! Thumbs up!

16th September, is a national public holiday, we have celebrated Malaysia Day at Sakae Sushi, One Utama outlet. Actually, it was just an excuse, simply wants to dine in for more healthy and delicious Japanese meal. As expected, the outlet will be packed and crowded with people, especially on public holidays. First things first, is to order for the Sakae Genmaicha (hot) 玄米茶. Upon ordering, the waitress handed over a Genmaicha tea bag together with a porcelain glass. Each table has conveniently installed a hot water dispenser. Just add enough volume of hot water and brew for couple of minutes before consumed. Genmaicha is also known as brown rice tea, where green tea blended with roasted brown rice. Thus, the tea will gives a pleasant aroma and unique roasted flavor. May refill with hot water for 2 - 3 times, or until the flavor fades away.

这一款海苔鱼卵则是用饭团卷着鸡蛋，胡萝卜和蔬菜类的丝，再沾满鱼卵，和铺上海苔做成的。吃起来的时候有蔬菜的配搭感觉比较清爽。而海苔的味道点咸咸的，为寿司添加了天然的咸味。

One of the Sakae Sushi branch is located at Ground Floor Promenade of One Utama Shopping Centre. Sakae Sushi serves Japanese Cuisine such as Chawanmushi (egg custard), Salad, Sashimi, Sushi, Temaki (hand-rolled sushi), Special Makimono (signature sushi rolls), Makimono (sushi rolls), Nabemono (soup), Agemono (fried delicacies), Houba Yaki, Rice & Noodles, Bento & Gozen, Teppanyaki. Do follow latest promotion from Sakae Sushi as sometime they will offer set lunch that is really worth the money. The environment here is very nice and comfortable, with a sushi moving around on a conveyor belt. We have ordered Saba Teriyaki Don and Chicken Teriyaki Jyu as our main meal. All of this is really tasty. We only ordered one plate of sushi, which is Tuna Inari, which is so nice . The Genmai Tea we ordered is refillable. Overall, the food is good and the price is reasonable.

I was intrigued when wifey pointed out that Sakae was serving something called Spicy Tsubugai. I envisioned a spicier version of my favourite tsubugai, so I decided to order it. The dish came, and the spicy tsubugai was served on a piece of sushi rice, within a sweet beancurd skin. The taste needs getting used to, but once it is in the mouth, the spiciness, savouriness and sweetness all blended together in a burst of taste. Quite recommended.
