很久之前，我尝试过这里的清炒豆苗，这里的清炒豆苗很小条，像是营养不良的样子，但是厨师也算厉害，把豆苗清煮得很清脆，咬起来还有很响亮的声音，吃起来时味道也很适中，不会太咸，很适合拿来拌饭吃。

吃海鲜时，怎么少的了鱼类？在这里用餐时，看到很多桌上都有这道酱蒸金凤鱼，所以想说也尝试一下。哪里知道这条金凤鱼应该是被雪藏了很久，导致肉身一点也不新鲜，甚至让人咬下去时还感觉到有”霉味！酱汁再好也没有用了！

这里的虾只都很大，所以老板建议用来炒他们的招牌金香虾。这里的金香虾都被煎炸后，再放进金香一起炒，虾壳被炸得很香脆，如果顾客不忌讳的话，也是可以连虾肉一并吃进肚子的！金香被猛火炒得很香，所以整盘虾不消30分钟就被吃光了。

在看到这个名字时，真的觉得很好笑，怎么名字那么奇怪。原来里面是由虾，牛扒和炸葱加起来成为一份，所以也称为3合1。这份Super 3 in 1真的很大份，旁边还有置放到一小堆的烘薯泥，可惜虾肉的处理手法没有很好，虾鲜味都被酱汁给盖着，牛扒就还好，只是肉有点过肥。
