这里这道煎三文鱼，厨师将新鲜三文鱼块没有经过任何腌制就放进火炉烤，外脆内软的口感，而且可以在吃时再挤一挤柠檬汁，鱼味更加浓郁香口，伴碟的有樱桃鬼豆蔬菜，马铃薯泥等。

这里的烤牛肉香肠，厨师将自制的牛肉香肠放在铁盘上烧烤，凭着熟练的手艺所以烤出来的香肠皮脆肉软，香味扑鼻，然后再吃时沾一沾附送的沙拉酱，味道酸酸的，配合香肠的味道更加惹味。

这里的什扒，其中的鸡肉和羊肉先由厨师精心地腌制一天一夜让其彻底入味，然后再和虾肉一起放在铁盘上烧烤，出来时香味扑鼻，然后在淋上这里自制的黑椒汁提味，还有伴碟的有樱桃鬼豆蔬菜和薯条，分量非常丰富。

这里的黑椒汁鸡扒，先由厨师精心地腌制一天一夜让其彻底入味，然后再放在铁盘上烧烤，出来的鸡肉皮脆肉软，香味扑鼻，然后在淋上这里自制的黑椒汁提味，还有伴碟的有樱桃鬼豆蔬菜和薯条。

这里这道烤羊架经过厨师精心的腌制后就下炉碳烧烤，所以烧出来的羊扒口感有点嚼劲，上桌时淋上黑椒汁，味道变得有些辛辣和羊膻味也没有酱严重，而且配料有樱桃鬼豆蔬菜和酥脆的薯条。

D'Fortune Western Cuisine and Cafe is located at pusat bandar manjalara, somewhere in Kepong. This restaurant is well established and very popular among the local community around the area such as Kepong, Sri Damansara and even Sungai Buloh. 这里的环境灯光不会太亮，昏暗的感觉，有点小小浪漫的feeling。这是这家店的卖点，他们会提供这一包小饼干给每一位到来的顾客。这饼干里头有一张小字条，里面写着一些提醒或者提示给你，千万别把他连着饼干一起吞进肚子里。非常有趣的小心意。

我一直都很喜欢吃带有cheese的食物，所以当这道食物上桌时，我看到那么多cheese在上面，我的感觉告诉我这应该会很好吃。吃进口时，cheese的味道果然很浓，配上火腿肉本来很好吃，但是火腿被研制得实在有点过咸，所以味道当夜就没有那么好。而且面条有点过硬，如果能再软一点的话应该会更好。

当这份Sandwiches salmon 送上桌时，我笑了，因为它看起来真的很想sushi king的手卷！有很多块的三文鱼，mayonise，新鲜的菜被面包像口袋般装起来，感觉真的可爱！吃起来味道也算不错，salmon很新鲜，但是如果能加块cheese在里面应该会更好！

这里的Cheese baked chicken在烤过后，会放上一块火腿肉和铺上一层黄色的cheese，看起来卖相已经很不错了。而重点是，这个扒很大块，鸡肉被炸得很松软，吃起来一点也不会觉得干，配上很香的cheese真的是一绝！

这是朋友点的蓝带鸡扒。原本以为里头只是夹了少许的芝士，可是切开后并不是那一回事。里头尽然有满满的芝士。而且鸡肉炸得外酥内软。鸡肉一点也不干而且意外的软嫩。另外还有一些薯条和蔬菜。所以吃完也是很饱的。

如果想吃不同种类的烧烤，点这份mixed grill就没有错了。这份料理包含了三种不同的肉类。鸡肉，羊肉和大虾。羊肉烤得有点干了。咬起来有点费劲。鸡肉反而比较嫩。可能肉质关系，所以以烧烤来说，鸡肉是比较安全的。而虾子也很新鲜弹牙。

对这里印象蛮深刻。因为吃之前每个桌子上都会放上一些fortune cookies。虽然是要收费的。但是来到这我都会拿一个碰碰运气。点了这里的seafood carbonara。酱汁很多，也很浓郁。配料方面有蛤蜊，mussel还有鱿鱼。但比较可惜的是，既然称为seafood carbonara就应该要有海鲜的鲜味。

pork cordon bleuThis is the pork cordon bleu.So dissapointed when this pork cordon bleu arrived.The size of the pork cordon bleu is seriously small.The plate is so huge and yet the pork cordon bleu is so small.But it taste quite nice.The pork cordon bleu is with a thin layer of batter and fried to a perfect crispyness.It's so crispy and the pork is so tender and juicy.It loads with a piece of ham and cheese inside the pork.It's so cheesy and tasty.The sauce is quite nice.
