There is really nice ambience n romantic place. Who wonder celebrate with ur wife or girlfriend. This place is suitable .👍🏻 Beside , food is main for Thai style but I think the taste is normally n the price is quite expensive a bit . Service good as well .

Whoa.. I super loved this! I super loved cocktails, and prefers them so much more to other types of alcoholic drinks which I find to be either too bitter or have too strong effects.. which is a no-no as I don't really drink. So cocktails are perfect. I simply loved this concoction which is made from fresh Lemongrass and Vodka. The lemongrass leaves the most perfect sensation in my mouth!

The Scallops were definitely sweet, fleshy and really good. Plus, in line with Tamarind Springs being a fine dining establishments, the sizes were a good size portion too. Not the teeny weeny scallops you would normally find in normal dining establishments. It was pan seared to perfection and topped with cream, chopped onions, garlic and some garnishing. Loved it!

Mmmm.. if you're a seafood lover you're totally gonna love this! High prices aside (hey, this is fine dining after all, yo!) The prawns and lobster pairing (plus an assortment of other mini seafood like scallops ) creates the perfect grilled ala-carte seafood platter which is full of flavor and definitely tantalizes the taste buds. I super, super loved this!

Well, as it's name implies.. it's an appetizer.. so certainly to be expected is that it comes in REALLY small, bite-sized portions. I believed the new term for it in Western terms is "amuse bouche" haa haa Well, doesn't matter.. if you're a Salmon lover you would loved this. Well marinated, well-spiced and comes with an assortment of fresh vege salads as well as a condiment dip.. super yummy, made from a concoction of limes, tamarind, chillis and I think.. pandan puree

I was told this type of cod fish is actually Italian Cod Fish.. wow.. wondering if it's imported in frozen form all the way from Viva Italia ? ;-) I simply loved it's simplicity. It was poached perfectly, leaving the fish flesh neither too hard nor too soft. Just perfect. What's more it lies atop a bed of simple fried Laotian rice, which I believed was infused with tamarind due to it's taste and color. Plus it has fresh boiled side veges too Loved it!

I would say at Tamarind Springs one pay for the experience of dining amidst beautiful natural green surroundings; rather than for the food itself. Granted the food is SUPER expensive, but the experience is priceless! Do find a seat next to the natural brooks spring; or under the canopy of trees at night with the table candlelit centerpieces it's all so romantic! Must tries in this Indochine fine dining establishment are the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Laotian Chicken Curry and Lemongrass Prawns. y
