所谓的暹式就是泰式的煮法，这里的厨师将由泰式东炎煮至浓稠的酱汁，淋在雪白肥大的河虾上，所以无论是卖相和味道都是属于一流水平，如果将酱料淋在热热的白饭上更加惹味呢，令人食指大动呢。

这是一道以盐巴腌制非洲鱼一个晚上，所以鱼本身的泥味都不见了，然后就拿去蒸，最后留下来的就是鱼肉本身的鲜甜味道，吃时再沾些酒家特制的酸柑，芫西和指天椒，令人回味无穷。

这是一只烧得油亮，烧得可以站的笔直的烧鸡，而且吃法也非常贴近野蛮的，就是撕下你喜欢吃的部分，但店家也贴心地准备了即用即弃的塑料手套和剪刀。烧鸡非常诱人，吃时再沾上淮盐和辣椒酱，味道非常令人吃了感到十分满足。

I find this very special too! Tea Pot Soup @ RM26.00 Especially this is a herbal soup with pork ribs. Is kind of clear soup but still contains the strong herbal ''kam'' taste. Brown rice available too @ RM1.50Claypot beancurd @ RM14.00 Dad love this so much because is served with local white tofu. A famous restaurant at Sg Buloh new village. Many functions like Wedding, Annual dinner held here, as they have an extra outlet next door to cater the larger group of ppl.This is one of their signature dish - Stand roasted chicken @ RM44.00. Yes is a whole chicken serve on the table. This chicken is to be tear off ourselves to eat. There are scissors and plastic gloves provided. But if you are lazy, they can chopped into pieces for you like the above pic. The chicken roasted just nice and juicy.
