When talked about leong Ah (梁雅), everyone know they are famous wiht paper wrap chicken (纸包鸡). The paper wrap chicken was season with herb and some special ingrediant and wrap in a paper and cook.When open the paper, you can sense the sensation smell, and the chicken meat was very tender and absorb all the herb.They also selling other dishes but the paper wrap chicken is the main attraction. continue reading

Bustling even on weekday evenings, Leong Ah whips up a wide range of Chinese food to persistently please Puchong's residents. Rice wine prawns. Was the chef overzealous? This contained a stunning magnitude of alcohol. We could have easily (& happily) gotten tipsy on this! A comfortingly soft, steamed blend of regular eggs, century eggs & salted eggs. Restoran Leong Ah - Puchong is famous for their Paper wrapped chicken (Zi Bao Gai). 2 Style Pork RibThe pork ribs was deeply fried until the skin was crispy and the meat was yet still soft and smooth. Both pork ribs are juicy in their own sauce. For the left side one, that was a creamy butter milk sauce.
