Restoran Kar Hiong very easy to spot as it facing main road. Always crowded with people as you can see this scene when passing by the road at Subang Jaya. Especially on weekend you actually need to wait to be seated. But the service here very fast and good. Food served to you less then 15 minutes.I ordered Steam Lala with broth (上汤), I got a shocked when this dish served to me as the Lala were huge and much more bigger size comparing other restorans. The Lala were perfectly cooked , fresh and have succulence flesh. The broth taste great . I sipped in all the broth without wasting as it yummy! Worth to try it , price just RM12 (s) .

我还蛮喜欢吃猪脚醋的，虽然知道吃猪脚并不是什么健康的食物，但有时还是很想吃，所以知道这家店有卖时就立刻点了，他们很贴心的把猪脚都切得比较小块，让女士们想吃也不会太粗鲁嘛，味道呢，还不错的，如果可以放多点醋的话就更好。

Restoran Kar Hiong always come to my mind when i'm stuck with where to go for food. They serve pretty good chinese dishes at affordable prices. This is fried fish paste in bean curd skin. The bean curd skin is deep fried to crispy. I can taste the batter is very light. The fish paste inside was firm and delicious. The fish paste was fresh and well seasoned. Not too salty, and with a hint of pepper. The dish is served with the garlic chili sauce. The garlic chili sauce was really spicy and full of garlic taste. Very nice.

Brocoli with prawnThis is the brocoli with prawn.Brocoli is always my favourite when comes to vegetables.The brocoli is so fresh and still chewyalthough they already fried it.I don't like brocoli that is too soft and overcook.The prawn is fresh and tender.They fried it with the oyster sauce and this is really nice.Quite a healthy vegetable dish to eat other than meat.Light and easy for dinner.
