This is lotus with gravy sauce served in claypot. I hardly see restaurant served this type of dish. I used to drink lotus soup but hardly see lotus cooked in such way. The lotus is just nicely cooked and served in hot claypot in thick gravy brown sauce. This gravy brown sauce is tasty and delicious. It's really goes well with white rice. It topped with some sliced carrot and vegetables. It's really tasty and delicious.I really like it very much.
