Signature Dishes
Here we are again, but the for the last time with our colleague's farewell. We ordered the signature dishes. First up is definitely the Assam Flying Fish which is silky smooth and tender. But somehow, now that I have tried the one at Sungai Way, I felt theirs is better in terms of fragrance and thickness of the kuah. The other definite dish is the butter claypot pork pieces. I rarely eat pork but whenever I come here, it is weird that I actually eat the pork. We ordered the plain fried bayam. Quite normal and like those at the economy rice stall. The other dish that we always order is the Salted Egg Bittergourd. I do not like salted egg but I wonder why my colleagues always like this dish. We ordered the smallest steamed tofu in the world which is infused with pandan.
