Ma Poh Taufu. The ma poh taufu is a hot and spicy taufu. It was cooked with spicy bean paste and added with lots of chilli. The sauce is thick and savoury and spicy. The tofu here were cut into smaller pieces. The sauce was so good we eat a lot with rice. Braised spare ribs. We were disappointed with the braised spare ribs. The spare ribs were hard and dry. The meats don't tear off from the bones and feels like eating a very tough meat. The sauce was also bland. Not seasoned and tasteless. continue reading
