Signature Dishes
I am not a big fan of carrot cake, for I dislike the after taste, which I couldn't pin point what it was attributable to. I was undecided on what to try, and this was the recommended cake by the friendly aunty who served me. The portion might look small but half way digging into it, I had enough.The thick layer of cream on top wasn't the cream that I like most. I like mine which was soft and fluffy, a little sweet too. This was a little salty and tasted more like cheap cream. The carrot cake was very moistened, dense, thus very filling. It was not too bad but definitely not my cup of tea.
